Breath Practice is good way for healthy
*Breathing exercises: This section, has 4 levels with 4 different breathing patterns, from easy to difficult and has 3 breathing training purposes for different needs and situations, including:
- Relax: Quiet your mind and relieve stress by 4-6 technique
- Focus: Inhale for 4s, hold for 4s, exhale for 4s and hold for 4s
- Unwind: Inhale for 4s, hold for 7s and exhale for 8s
- Energizer (Energy): Inhale 4s, exhale 2s
*Favorite Function: You can add favorite any excercise and then play again in Favorite Tab
*Alarm Function: You can set time to alarm and create daily behavior for Breath Practice
